Acoording to Wikipedia, Rhythm games is a genre of music-themed action video game that challenges a player’s sense of rhythm. Games in this genre typically focus on dancing or simulated performance with musical instruments, and the players is required to press buttons in a sequence dictated on the screen. Doing so causes the game’s protagonist or avatar to dance or to play their instrument correctly, which increases the player’s score.
Many rhythm games include multiplayer modes in which players compete for the highest score or cooperate as a simulated musical ensemble. While conventional control pads may be used as input devices, rhythm games often feature novel game controllers that emulate musical instruments.
Certain dance-based games require the player to physically dance on a mat, with pressure-sensitive pads acting as the input device.
Examples of Rhythm Games: 1. Osu! 2. Guitar Hero 3. Audition 4. Beat Saber (Virtual Reality) 5. Rock Band
Rhythm game, or rhythm action, is a subgenre of action game that challenges a player’s sense of rhythm. The genre includes dance games such as Dance Dance Revolution and music-based games such as Donkey Kongaand Guitar Hero.
Playing Guitar Hero Series needs to use a guitar-shaped game controller to simulate playing lead, bass guitar, and rhythm guitar across numerous rock songs. The match notes rolls on-screen to colored fret buttons on the controller, strumming the controller in time to the music in order to score points.
Osu! is a free and open-source rhythm game developed and published by Australian-based company PPY Developments PTY, created by Dean Herbert (also known as peppy).
Osu! has many game modes and mods add additional gameplay features or change the difficulty of the songs.
The primary gameplay of osu! is to adapt and react to stimuli in the form of tapping or clicking it on hit circles which requires Eye-hand coordination. The hit circles have other forms like sliders and spinners which are interacted with in similar ways. These gameplay mechanics are part of a Beatmap. Beatmaps are a combination of a song, button layout as well as themes or cosmetic skins to make each beatmap unique. These are typically created by the users and making it unique than the others.
Just like the others. BEAT SABER is a new virtual reality rhythm game created by Czech-based indie studio Beat Games in which the player slashes the blocks according to the rhythm of the song or musical beats with a pair of energy blades resembling lightsabers.
The game includes several songs, each with four or five difficulty levels. In each song the game represents blocks according to the beat of the music you selected.
That’s all for my 6th article named “Rhythm Games”. You can still ask me about this games and you can also search for this games on how to download it in Google. Thank you for reading this article and feel free to comment about it.
According to Wikipedia, A fighting game is a video game genre based around interpersonal combat between a limited amount of characters in which they fight until they defeat their opponents or the timer expires.
The fight matches typically consist of several rounds and take place in an arena, while each character has differing abilities but each is relativelyviable to choose.
Players must master techniques such as blocking, counter-attacking, and chaining attacks together into “combos“.
Starting in the early 1990s, most fighting games allowed the player to execute special attacks by performing specific input combinations. The fighting game genre is related to but distinct from beat ’em ups, which involve large numbers of enemies against the human player.
These are the examples of Fighting games: 1. Tekken 2. Mortal Kombat 3. Street Fighter 4. Super Smash Bros 5. Guilty Gear Xrd
When you play a game that is a Fighting game genre, you need to have knowledge about the characters inside the game. For example playing the Tekken series, there are more than 25 different characters in the whole series of Tekken.
Tekken7 focuses on 1v1 battles. Two mechanisms are introduced in the game. The first, Rage Art, allows the player to execute critical attacks that deal roughly 30% damage depending on the character once their health bar is critical, in exchange for inactivating the normal attack power increase.
The second, Power Crush, lets the player continue their attacks even while being hit by the enemy, although they would still receive the damage dealt by the enemy’s attacks. The mechanic also works for absorbing high and mid attacks.
The bound system, which staggers a character to increase opportunity for additional hits, is replaced by Screw Attack, which makes the enemy spin sideways when they are hit airborne, allowing the player to inflict additional hits after they reach the ground. Unlike bound, however, Screw Attack cannot be used to do wall combos. With a new display system, the game’s multiplayer allows players to choose which side of the screen to play on.
Movement has undergone some changes and is similar to the movement mechanics found in Tekken Revolution, most notably when characters walk backwards.
Playing fighting games can be quite difficult because it requires hand-eye coordination and skill combinations to properly execute attacks, especially when the character has high difficulty.
I play Tekken 7 on my PlayStation 4 that’s why I used it as an example of Fighting game. I will update this article soon as I learn new techniques and strategy playing this game.
Battle royale games challenge a large number of players, starting with minimal equipment, to search for weapons and armor and eliminate all other opponents while avoiding being trapped outside of a shrinking “safe area”, with the winner being the last competitor in the game.
Battle royale games are played between a large number of individual players, pairs of two players or a number of small squads (typically of 3-5 players). In each match, the goal is to be the last player or team standing by eliminating all other opponents. A match starts by placing the player-characters into a large map space, typically by having all players skydive from a large aircraft within a brief time limit.
These are the games that is a Battle Royale: 1. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds 2. Fortnite 3. Rules of Survival 4. Garena Free Fire 5. Realm Royale
For example, when you play PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or PUBG, before starting a match you need to indicate what gamemode you’ll play, if it is TPP or FPP. TPP means Third-Person Perspective it means that you can also switch to First-Person Perspective even if you pick TPP. FPP means First-Person Perspective it means that you can’t change/switch to TPP.
First-Person Perspective
Third-Person Perspective
You can also Pick a map between these four (4) where you want to play.
Miramar
Sanhok
Vikendi
Erangel
After finding a match you’ll wait for a minute or seconds because the amount of players in the game isn’t exact or reaching the minimum players that will join the game.
After waiting for the others, you automatically enter the airplane that will go in a direction indicated in the map. So always check the map and decide where you will drop. There are places that has many weapons and armors but expect that there are more players that will be dropped in that certain place.
Eliminating and executing the other players through tactics, strategy, and skills can lead you to victory. You can also play with your friends making up to 4 players per team. There will be drops by an airplane that has guns, bullets, and armors that you will need in the middle of the game. Being careful while looting the crate that will be dropped by an airplane is important because the enemy can also see the crate because of the red smoke that the crate will emit.
I used PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds as an example of battle royale because I played this game for months. I’ll do update these article when the game is updated and when I also play the other Battle Royale Games. Thank you for reading this article and feel free to comment about it. 🙂
According to Wikipedia, First-person shooter (FPS) is a video game genre centered around gun and other weapon-based combat in a first-person perspective; that is, the player experiences the action through the eyes of the protagonist. The genre shares common traits with other shooter games, which in turn makes it fall under the heading action game. Since the genre’s inception, advanced 3D and pseudo-3D graphics have challenged hardware development, and multiplayer gaming has been integral.
The first-person shooter genre has been traced as far back as Maze War, development of which began in 1973, and 1974’s Spasim.
First-person shooters are a type of three-dimensional shooter game, featuring a first-person point of view with which the player sees the action through the eyes of the player character. They are unlike third-person shooters, in which the player can see (usually from behind) the character they are controlling. The primary design element is combat, mainly involving firearms.
When you play a game that is First-person shooter, for example Counter Strike: Global Offensive. You need to communicate with your team mates or friends. Killing the enemy team by shooting them with your guns. Before that, you need to buy guns with starting money/gold in game. Every round you earn gold especially when you win and you have kills in that round.
For Crossfire, you buy your own guns in the item shop in the lobby before you enter a room that you’ll play. There are so many gamemodes in Crossfire, like Free For All, Destruction Mode, Team Death Match, Zombie Mode, Zombie Apocalypse, and etc.
Playing FPS games is not that hard because you only need to communicate with your team mates and then execute the enemy team in a single round. But it depends on the game mode that you will play like in Crossfire(CF). When you play Free For All, it means that you don’t have team mate and everybody is your enemy. In Destruction Mode it depends on the creator of the room that you’ll play with 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6, 7v7, and 8v8. Destruction mode is a type of game mode that the Blacklist(CF)/Terrorist(CS:GO) team will plant a C4 bomb in a certain sites(usually A and B) then the Global Risk(CF)/Counter Terrorist(CS:GO) will defuse it. So you always need to communicate with your team mates also reporting the situation and where the enemies are, and commanding your team mates where you will go or where they will go.
I play Crossfire and CS:GO, so I used these games as an examples for FPS Games. I’ll update this article as soon as I learn more from these games because I’m just familiar with it. Thank you for reading this article of mine and feel free to comment about it. 🙂
As in all RPGs, the player assumes the role of a character (often in a fantasy world or science-fiction world) and takes control over many of that character’s actions. MMORPGs are distinguished from single-player or smallmulti-player online RPGs by the number of players able to interact together, and by the game’s persistent world (usually hosted by the game’s publisher), which continues to exist and evolve while the player is offline and away from the game.
These games are MMORPG: 1. Ran Online 2. Dragon Nest 3. Elsword 4. Ragnarok Online 5. World of Warcraft
When you play a certain Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game, For example playing Ran Online/Dragon Nest, you’ll create a character through selecting a class, gender, face, hairstyle, haircolor, and In Game Name and before that you need to select a server where you will play. According to Wikipedia,Multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), also known as action real-time strategy (ARTS), is a subgenre of strategy video games that originated as a subgenre of real-time strategy, in which a player controls a single character in a team who compete versus another team of players. The objective is to destroy the opposing team’s main structure with the assistance of periodically-spawned computer-controlled units that march forward along set paths. Player characters typically have various abilities and advantages that improve over the course of a game and that contribute to a team’s overall strategy. MOBA games are a fusion of action games, role-playing games and real-time strategy games, in which players usually do not construct either buildings or units.
These are the examples of Multiplayer online battle arena: 1. League Of Legends 2. Dota / Dota 2 3. Heroes of Newerth 4. Mobile Legends 5. Arena of Valor

In Summoner’s Rift you will pick a matchmaking type like Normal(Blind Pick), Ranked Solo/Duo, and Ranked Flex. Normal(Blind Pick) is a type of matchmaking when you can’t see the picks of the enemy team and you can invite 4 of your friends. Ranked Solo/Duo is a type of matchmaking when you can see the picks of the enemy team but you can only invite 1 friend per game. Ranked Flex same as the Ranked Solo/Duo but it is a 2-man, 3-man, and 5-man team. You can’t Ranked Flex with only 4 members in a team but you can start Ranked Flex alone.

MELEE MINION: Gold Gain: 21 gold (+0.2 gold/90 sec) Experience Gain: 64 exp CASTER MINION: Gold Gain: 14 gold(+0.2 gold/90 sec) Experience Gain: 32 exp SIEGE MINION: Gold Gain: 63 gold (+3 gold every 3 waves)

The more you play a game , the more you learn and understand it. In MOBA, you must always have strategies before playing and analyze a certain MOBA game. As a team you need to discuss on what you have to do on your next game and to predict your enemy and also their strategies. You need to push the enemies tower until you destroy their Nexus to win the game. Getting the objectives like killing dragon, rift herald, and Baron Nashor gives the entire team who killed the objective an additional buff. Overpowering the enemy team gives them pressure as they play the game. You always have to communicate with your team in chats or better if you have mic makes it easier to communicate with your teammates. Killing the enemy champions to earn a lot of gold and it makes your lane push a tower or getting an objective. You have to decide faster on what move you will make next because if you don’t decide faster, the enemy will surely attack you surprisingly and you will have a disadvantage to them. Don’t hesitate when your teammate/s calls a move like Diving the enemy in tower, killing a dragon, or pushing a tower. Destroying the enemy inhibitor makes your ally siege minion in to ally super minion. Also when you are pushing/destroying a Outer Tier Tower before 14 minutes it does have a Plating to make you push slower but gains more gold. When you destroy 1 tower plate gives you 160 gold.
Elder Dragon spawns at 35-minute mark.
Baron Nashor spawns at 20-minute mark.
Rift Herald spawns at 10-minute mark.
